Scorp is DEAD pass it on

Tabu chuckled and almost full on laughed, picking scales out of Eros' hair. "I'm not very hungry you can eat the rest." He said after another small bite. "Even though I don't get fresh fish as often anymore." He recalled going on hunting trips with uncle Eros as a kid, those trips were always his favorite.

Tabu stuck to him like glue, keeping him close and even preening through his hair a bit, something he normally didn't particularly like doing with anyone but of course Eros was an exception. "I'll let you know," He nuzzled into his neck and smiled to himself, happy to have Eros here and feeling much better.

Tabu glared at Marbon, curling around Eros a bit more. "We should head elsewhere, he's getting on my nerves." He didn't really want to deal with any pointless confrontation, especially if Eros might get injured. Perhaps there would be larger game deeper in, which is where he was trying to pull him.

"He isn't worth wasting time on anyhow, just a muddy savage." Tabu kept close to Eros, picking off occasional fish for fun. Eventually they reached the other end of the bog, where many strange creatures lurked underneath the cloudy cover of water. Tabu rubbed his eyes a few times, this water was much too thick with debris to be to his liking, enough for his fins to droop with discomfort.

Tabu looked over Eros' tail with admiration, he was always jealous of Horus and his father's spots, but of course the ones Eros had were the most pleasing to his eye. He swam around him a little and ran his hand lightly over the spots at the end of his tail. "It's unfortunate this wasn't a trait I inherited. I'm fairly envious, but at least I get to admire them on you."

Tabu smiled and nuzzled his forehead, curling his tail around his body securely. "I-"
His sentence was cut off by a very large booming sound from above the surface of the water. He jumped a little, startled. "What was that?"

Tabu kept still along with Eros, ready to defend his mate from anything if need be. After a few moments of silence a familiar black snout poked into the water, liking smelling Tabu. He immediately sighed in relief. "Oh It's just Fuzzy. He must have landed to say hi to us."

Tabu calmed Eros down with a few soft kisses and swam closer to Fuzzy, stroking the side of his neck and looking over his new coloring. "He's much lighter than before, you don't think he's getting sick do you?"
The dragon was around since before Tabu was born so of course he'd be worried about it, it was like an old family friend.

Tabu stole a glance as well, a little sad that Gate took him away so soon. Oh well he could visit him later, maybe bringing his father along would do him some good as well.
"Have you ever owned any animals Eros?"
He grew up around many, but only the eelhound was truly his.

"Oh that reminds me, I should go feed Bagera, will you help me gather food for him?" He started to feel a bit bad, he hadn't visited any of the mounts much since they arrived. "I'm sure he'll be happy to see you as well." Much like its owner it was very fond of Eros. What a coincidence.

Tabu did the same, wiggling up to the surface with Eros at his side. He shook his hair out after they reached land, stretching his arms before linking one in Eros' to head to the stable. "I'm sure Baggie will be happy to see you too."

When they arrived at the stable Tabu immediately smiled when Bagera started charging toward them. He pressed his muzzle into Tabu's chest and stomach a few times before finally looking to Eros, licking and nudging at his face and chest. Tabu couldn't hold in his happy laughter of course, which was music to anyone's ears.

Tabu ran his hand over the side of Bagera's long neck, scratching at a few of the scales he could never reach. "Animals always like you, we should definitely get you something. Like a tree frog." He was obviously joking about the frog.
